DNOperations

Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use describe the conditions for accessing the DNOperations website, making a service application, and communicating with DNOperations. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy. A written service agreement, when provided, governs the specific processing activities and commercial conditions accepted for your account.

1. Who we are and how we work

DNOperations operates DNOperations and provides cloud video encoding services. We handle applications, service discussions, and customer support directly. Our business address is listed in the footer. The website explains our approach, introduces available output types, and gives you a way to ask about a project or manage communication preferences.

Information on the website helps you understand the service but does not create an activated account, guarantee capacity, or replace a written service agreement. An application lets us assess your request and determine the next appropriate step. Specific features, delivery schedules, and commercial terms depend on the service details agreed with you.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement for yourself or an organization you represent. Our text program is intended for people in the United States. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to make the request and provide the information and media associated with it.

Provide accurate contact information and update it when it changes. Do not submit another person’s phone number for text enrollment or use contact details you do not control. We may need to clarify information before assessing a request. We can decline requests that are incomplete, unauthorized, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms.

3. Permitted website use

You may browse the website, review service information, and use the forms for legitimate questions, applications, or preference requests. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, impersonate someone else, or submit harmful content. Do not use automated activity that disrupts normal operation or compromises the information of another visitor.

The website’s text, brand assets, illustrations, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the information to evaluate our services. You may not reproduce our branding as your own, remove ownership notices, or imply that we endorse your business without our written permission.

4. Applications and account requests

A website application provides the information we need to begin assessing your requirements. It does not create an obligation to supply service or a promise that every requested format, connection, or schedule can be supported. We may ask about source files, desired outputs, anticipated volume, and the storage destinations you intend to use.

The required acceptance statement is: “Required. I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. I authorize DNOperations to assess and handle my application.” This acceptance is separate from optional SMS consent. You may complete an application without choosing text messages, and your choice does not determine whether we assess the application.

5. Your media and processing instructions

You retain the rights you hold in your source media. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload, process, reproduce, and distribute that media. Instructions must identify the outputs and destinations you want us to use. Only connect storage you are authorized to access and keep the credentials for those connections secure.

We process media according to the agreed service and your authorized instructions. You should retain suitable copies of source files and review outputs before publishing or distributing them. Encoding can change file characteristics, and a format suitable for one player may require different settings for another. Tell us about important compatibility needs before processing begins.

6. Pricing and service conditions

Website rates are stated in U.S. dollars per output minute. An output minute refers to one minute of a processed output; producing multiple versions of the same source increases the combined output duration. Audio, standard definition, high definition, and ultra high definition outputs can have different rates, as shown on the pricing section.

Confirm the applicable rate, output definition, minimum usage requirements if any, and other commercial conditions before starting a paid service. A particular project may require a written quotation or agreement. We will not treat selecting a pricing option or entering your contact information as authorization for an undisclosed charge.

7. Optional account text messages

DNOperations offers optional automated text messages about your submitted request and account. Message types are receipt confirmations, application-status updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. These messages are connected to your existing relationship or request. The program is not a general promotional subscription and consent is specific to DNOperations.

I agree to receive automated text messages from DNOperations about the request I submitted and my account — receipt confirmations, application-status updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Msg frequency varies, up to 5 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

You must control the phone number you provide. Tell us when the number changes or you no longer use it. SMS consent is not bundled with Terms acceptance, email preferences, or voice-call permission. Selecting the checkbox authorizes only the account and request message types described in the SMS Terms.

8. Frequency, charges, and support

Message frequency varies, up to 5 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. DNOperations does not require text consent as a condition of any purchase or service. Your mobile service is your responsibility, and message availability can depend on your carrier, device, and network connection.

Reply HELP for help with the text program or call (917) 563-6535. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text message as the only way to identify an urgent account issue or a processing result; contact us when you need clarification.

9. Stopping messages and changing preferences

Reply STOP to cancel the text program. The STOP path ends further program messages immediately, apart from a single confirmation of your choice. You can also communicate a revocation through the Opt-out page, the Contact page, or a written request to our business address. No single channel is your exclusive way to withdraw consent.

Web and written preference requests may require verification and processing, with applicable requests handled within 10 business days. Withdrawing text consent does not cancel an underlying service agreement or remove records we are required to retain. You may separately request privacy changes or discuss ending service with our team.

10. Privacy and communication boundaries

Our Privacy Policy explains the information associated with the website and your choices. We do not sell applications, sell SMS consent, or transfer your text enrollment to another business. Account communications should stay relevant to the request or service relationship you have with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Opt out of receiving text messages at any time by sending STOP.

11. Availability and limitations

We work to provide useful website information and dependable service communication, but website access can be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control. Information may change as we update the service. Please confirm details that materially affect your project before relying on them or committing resources.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or suitability for every purpose. Our responsibilities for paid services are defined by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or protection that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending access, changes, and questions

We may restrict website access where necessary to address misuse, unauthorized activity, or a material breach of these terms. Service termination and any outstanding obligations are governed by the agreement applicable to that service. Restrictions on misuse, ownership rights, and applicable recordkeeping obligations can continue after access ends.

We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If you have a question about these terms or your account, use our Contact page or write to DNOperations. Our business address is listed in the footer.
